During your 20 minute discovery call, we will chat about your ideas and goals for your home and talk about how Charm by Design Interiors can help. This is a low-pressure discovery call so don’t hesitate to reach out. I love hearing from new potential clients!
The Design Consultation
The Design Consultation is a 90 minute deep-dive into your specific needs. This is your chance to ask questions and receive expert design advice and direction on whatever areas you wish to focus on.
During your consultation, we will discuss the scope of your project, your goals and your budget. We will also discuss what I can provide to help you love your home!
Through careful listening, I develop your personalized design plan to address your unique design dilemmas.
Your Consultation Follow-up: Within a few days you will receive a written summary of the key points of your time with me, including specific recommendations and an actionable design plan. Depending on the focus of your project, this may include mood boards, paint color recommendations, a floorplan of your space, specific decor or furnishing recommendation, or some combination of these.
Once your design consultation is complete, you can choose to …

Sometimes you just need a designer’s eye to guide you in the right direction and a consultation may be all you need. Rest assured, your consultation and follow-up will serve as a valuable reference guide, providing valuable insights and a personalized design plan to use as you move forward on your own.

Following your design consultation, you may choose one or more design services to meet your needs. A la Carte Design Services are purchased hourly and can be as many or as few hours as you need to meet your goals.

Full Service Design
The full-service design experience is perfect if you’re ready to completely redecorate one or more rooms.
Let’s face it, we are all busy and you may not have the time or energy to pull everything together for your home. The Full Service Design option is a white glove design experience where Charm by Design Interiors manages the details.
Phase 1: Design
After the consultation and an agreed-upon project scope, I begin working on your personalized design concept.
During this phase, I will schedule multiple meetings with you. The design process is collaborative and your feedback is vital to ensure the design fits your vision and investment. Based on your project, I may provide floor plans, digital concept boards, product boards, fabric swatches and anything else that can help you visualize your design. You’ll also receive a proposed cost analysis to help you understand your investment.
Once everything is aligned, I’ll move forward to bring your dream space to reality!
Phase 2: Product Procurement and Project Management
With your design plan has been finalized, Charm by Design Interiors will handle the behind-the-scenes work to bring it to life. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ordering and tracking all furnishings, materials, and finishes
- Coordinating with trusted tradespeople and vendors to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Keeping you informed with regular updates so you always know the status of your project.
Phase 3: Installation and Styling
This is where the finishing touches are put into place! Charm by Design Interiors will handle installation, overseeing deliveries and inspecting each piece. Finally, your rooms are styled and ready for you to love!
