Step 1: Complimentary Discovery Call
This is where it all begins. During our complimentary discovery call, we’ll take time to get to know you, hear about your home, and learn what you’re hoping to create. We’ll talk through your goals, timeline, and overall vision, and help determine which services may be the best fit for your project.
If it feels like a good match, we’ll outline next steps and schedule your consultation.
Step 2: In-Home Design Consultation
Following the discovery call, all full-service projects begin with a two-hour design consultation. During this meeting, we will learn about your priorities and define the scope of work for your project. We will discuss your needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget, and begin shaping a clear plan for your tailored.
Step 3: Design Proposal
Following the consultation, we’ll prepare and present a detailed design proposal outlining the recommended scope of services for your project. This proposal reflects everything discussed during our consultation and provides clarity around deliverables, timelines, and investment.
We’ll also review an anticipated project budget to ensure transparency and alignment from the start. Once the proposal is approved, we’re ready to begin.
Step 4: Design Development
Design is a collaborative and thoughtful process. Over a series of meetings, we’ll present design concepts and refine them based on your feedback. This phase may include space planning, digital concept boards, furnishings and finish selections, fabric samples, and other visual tools to help you clearly envision the final result.
Our goal is for you to feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely excited about the design before we move into implementation.
Step 5: Procurement & Project Management
Once the design plan is approved, Charm by Design Interiors will manage the procurement of furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and décor. We’ll place orders on your behalf, track timelines, coordinate deliveries, and keep you informed throughout the process.
This phase allows you to enjoy the experience while we handle the details and ensure the design comes together seamlessly.
Step 6: Installation & Styling
This is where everything comes to life. We’ll oversee installation and thoughtfully style each space, attending to the finishing details that make a home feel complete. When we’re finished, your rooms will be layered, welcoming, and ready to enjoy—beautifully designed to support the life you live.
